I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, credits or refunds. So make sure that you've carefully reviewed everything before finalizing your purchase. Make sure that your billing address, shipping address, telephone number and email address are correct.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use United States Postal Service.
Can I track my order?
All customers receive an order and shipping confirmation through the email that you provided. The email will contain the tracking number. You can track your package here.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days to verify and process your order. And an additional 5-7 business days for shipments. Once you receive a confirmation, you will be able to track your order. We are not responsible for your order once it has been shipped out. If you have any questions you can contact us.

Yes, AJ Lavilla accepts international orders. You can contact us before making an order so we can finalize everything.
